"Pretty solid apartment complex. For how new the building is (only 2-3 years I think) it’s very impressive just how often the elevators break. You’d think with brand new elevators you could go longer without one or two being shut down for a week. Would give 5 stars if I could find the elevator company to give them 1. The workout room is probably the best I’ve had in an apt, good pool too."

Every time I go down the front desk I am met warmly and with a great attitude. The facilities are always very clean and nice. I also appreciate the care surrounding security and safety. "Just moved out of Troubadour and can’t say enough good things about my time there. Any maintenance request was handled promptly, staff was always super helpful and friendly, and the building has really nice (and super clean) common areas. My apartment was gorgeous and I miss it already! I especially loved the pool and multiple club room spaces. What I really appreciate is that when we moved out, any deductions from our security deposit were very fair and not excessive. This hasn’t always been my experience with apartments in North and West Campus. It’s nice to know that if you clean your apartment and don’t have any crazy damage, you won’t be nickel and dimed."
