"So many great things to say about this management company. Erik and his new team did everything within their power to make sure I was into my apartment by Christmas Day which is simply above and beyond work because I'm sure they already had a lot going on for the holidays!! Constant communication around the clock anytime I ever have a question or a maintenance request. Within my first couple weeks on moving into my unit I put in a request because I noticed the dishwasher wasn't running the water correctly - within 1 hour maintenance was at my door to check on it and the very next morning there was a brand new dishwasher on my front porch that they installed that day!!! Zero complaints about the apartment complex and I'm glad to know I made the right choice. The area is a growing neighborhood with a shopping complex in walking distance that is getting plenty of renovations. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from UT."

"Spanish Trails has come a long way since AJ (property manager) and his team have taken over. The new renovations, and additions to the complex, have really made a huge difference, in providing such a welcoming atmosphere. It's comforting to see the level of importance they hold in keeping the building/amenities clean and up to date. I also appreciate their acknowledgment in keeping their tenants safe with new security features (gate codes...cameras...) It's clear that they want you to feel both welcome and secure. Lastly I'd like to note, that management has been swift in their communication times. Any time I've had a question or been in need of assistance, it's been maybe....at the most a 20 minute response time. Which is a warm change, compared to previous properties I've experienced."

"I have lived here for over a month now and I have to say I am impressed. My neighbors speak highly of the new management compared to the old and I see what they are saying. So far the property has had some major upgrades in security like new lighting and locks on the gate. The pool is cleaned daily by Welmer who is a great maintenance guy with tonnes in knowledge. AJ, the property manager is always ready to answer questions. He is the voice of the changes happening. Let’s hope the upgrades keep coming because all of us are happy and eager."

"The city of Austin has been battling the homeless population. There are some tough reviews in here, but I’m happy to report as a newer resident here - they have upgraded, remodeled and the space is great. I’m including photos that I took right before I moved in. Please don’t let the previous photos reflect the property now because the new company has cleaned it up."
