"I genuinely have not lived in an apartment complex where I've enjoyed talking to the front office staff until Magnolia Court. They're great at communication, and just so friendly. Our work orders are taken care of almost immediately as well. Definitely recommend this complex for pricing and personality!"
"I really love living at Magnolia. Beautiful, huge trees. Super affordable as well as cute. A market on the corner, right on a bus route, AND the most wonderful office staff of all time?? 10/10"
"Really lovely complex. We only lived here for about 6 months because of an unexpected job relocation, but the area is pretty, the apartments are nice and really decently priced, and the people in the office are kind and responsive. Definitely recommend!"
"I am simply giving this place two stars for the price, but honestly, with Austin's Fair Housing Act, you can find newer places with better staff. I have lived in this place 2019, and the first year was fine, second year was okay, but this last year has been a nightmare. The previous manager, Wendy at least acted helpful, while the new staff will gaslight you about anything and everything, especially after recent events. The current property manager , Angie, was only given that title for being there the longest, but she didn't care about her job before then, so she especially doesn't care about her job now. So much to a point where she told me to take my active complaints about a pest problem to the home office. The property manager, who is in charge of the property and it's tenants, does not want to deal with managing the property or it's tenants. And, ever since their code violation with the recent gas leak event, the leasing staff has a defensive approach to every concern, and will often take the "well, it's not happening in this moment, so clearly you're wrong." Maintenance tries their best, but if you don't directly tell them what to do, it's likely your problem will continue. No one is complaining about an older property, but the management refuses to maintain outside of goofy cosmetic changes, when all the issues are with the infrastructure. With their rent increasing because they believe they can compete with Austin's prices (while having several empty units), I personally would recommend staying away from here, or any of the Belico properties. Because the issue is with the management, and I hear their home office is even worse, and will accuse people of being racist for simply asking questions that the property office raised. A disappointing close to what used to be a relatively quiet, simple place to live, but that's what happens when you don't take care of the people who literally pay you to live here."
"I lived here for a little over 3 years. Just moved out a month ago. This was my first apartment after my divorce. Needed something close to work, in a decent area and for a good price, this place is truly a hidden gem. I absolutely loved living here. As a single female I felt completely safe here and even walked my dog late at night. The neighbors are great, the maintenance is great and responsive and the office staff is always friendly and most importantly competent. The apartments are older and I wished updated but that is the reason for the great prices for the area. You can’t get this pricing anywhere close for a nice area. I only moved out because I needed more space and slightly upgraded amenities but I highly recommend Magnolia Court"
