St Edward's Place Apartments

"I previously lived here, before they remodeled the apartments, and absolutely loved the location right off of South Congress. It's really close to downtown and provides easy access to Zilker Park, Barton Springs and all the cute cafes and coffee shops. The complex itself is really quaint and cute, with lots of beautiful trees, and tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from St. Edwards University. I recently reapplied and worked with Abby; she was very easy to work with and polite. She took the time to answer all the questions I had (there were many!)"

"It's really cheap, and in a great location if you go to St.Edward's, but that's about the only 2 pros of this complex. We have had a huge roach issue all year long, and had to have "pest control" come out three times before they decided to fumigate our apartment, which... didn't get rid of them. We have roach traps everywhere, have personally re-caulked the baseboards, roach-aided everything, you name it... and these things are literally invincible. Danyelle, the property manager is really sweet and helpful, but this place isn't worth the money. All of our cabinets have water damage, the apartment was "cleaned" before we moved in but it still needed 2 more deep cleanings before we could really move it all in. Have had EMS carry out a neighbor, as well as someone just randomly on the grounds."

"I lived at St Ed's for awhile and then I moved to another property that Danyelle manages. I absolutely adore her and her team. John the maintenance guy ROCKS! He fixes right the first time. Great area!"

My son and his roommate, St. Edwards students, have been living there six months, and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend!"
