"Very high rent. Maintenance personnel is efficient but management won’t change my stove wich is really old and keeps failing to warm properly. Refrigerator is very old works ok but shelf’s and drawers are inefficient. Dish washer I don’t even use it, leaks water and very old. I have asked for the replacement of an sliding door that has one broken pane since I moved in and the sliding screen door is missing management says they won replace it."

"UPDATE REVIEW 2023: it’s been a whole year since my review (see below this paragraph) and the pool is STILL CLOSE! Obviously no one in this apartment complex cares since kids and parents/other adults jump the fence to get in the pool. Can’t blame them, it’s crazy that since COVID and if I’m not mistaken even before COVID, this pools has been close and under “construction”. We are mid summer and no info on when it’ll be “open”. I’ll update my review once again when the pool actually opens, and when they do what they’ve said “they’ll do”on their response of my review! So far… the ants in my back porch have been working harder then paradise oaks. Sight. Review from 2022: There’s a decent pool but has been closed for almost the last two years. It’s pointless to have a pool if they will always have it close! Kids jump the fence all the time ENDANGERING themselves of getting their feet stuck, falling and possible getting a fracture, etc. It’s Texas, it’s hot and summer is almost here, we should be able to come enjoy the pool! Not to mention they closed the other park by the front, they took away the other pool by the office to do a small party/get together spot that CANNOT BE USED unless it’s within business hours which is only till 5pm. It’s a party spot, not a business meeting spot, it’s rare to have parties end at 5pm. Just avoid this property. Management sucks, although maintenance guys are always nice!"

"I do not fully recommend these apartments the new manager in charge of running the administration does not listen to the tenants there is not good maintenance and limits all the services What the facilities offer from the pool emergency exits doors maintenance in apartments to exterminate pests in a total way It is becoming a category 1 place that is not recommended to the public. I will keep the public informed of how the services are being provided to each of the apartments. Because that is why we are Angelenos and we pay our rent and we demand good service and decent treatment and that do not distinguish between races and ethnicities."
