"If I could give this place zero stars I would the management is almost Impossible to get ahold of the hot water has been off for over 2 weeks and they keep saying they will keep us updated with no word back at all… all I expect from this place is at least livable conditions but they can’t seem to do that between the water, the inability to reach out, and the pests that come and go as they please this place is all but livable"
"I wasn't sure about this place at first, but so far it has been quiet and peaceful. It would be nice if the pool were opened and I definitely need to receive my mail key still. But, other than those couple issues, it's been a pretty positive experience over the last 2 or 3 months since I moved in. The maintenance staff work hard to make sure the complex stays in good shape, and the cameras in the parking lot make it feel much safer than other places in the area."
"At first, they appeared to listen to our concerns, but we're still waiting for positive results. 1. We still do not have a mailbox, so we had to get a post office box. 2.The water leaks from the apartment above us making the floor in our bathroom and the kitchen pantry wet and slippery. It is also dripping in the wall of our bathroom. We can hear it making a hissing and arcing noise each time the water drips onto the electrical outlet, so it's a big safety concern for us. 3. The air-conditioning system needs a new thermostat. It just runs nearly all the time without cutting off when it reaches the set temperature, so we have to monitor it manually. 4. We have to turn the cooking range stove/oven on & off manually at the breaker box when we want to cook on top of it. The oven doesn't work at all and if we leave it turned on at the breaker box it emits an annoying beeping. We think it needs a new controller card. (already notified two maintenance guys about it). They said that the part was on order along with the new thermostat for the a/c. 5.The bathroom door will not close due to the door frame swelling from the water leaks in the ceiling from the apartment above us."
"The pool is locked 24-7, I was moved into an apartment with a broken garbage disposal, broken ceiling Fan in the bedroom, puddle water and mold in the ac intake, bad interior paint job and cockroaches in the units no matter how clean you keep the place. That and there are frequently homeless people sleeping in lawn chairs in the pool area, tweaker neighbors upstairs pounding on the floor nightly and throwing their trash off the balcony in front of my door. The mailboxes(which I wasn't given a key for) are mostly destroyed/pryed open. This place is in a nice location but that's only one thing it's got going for it."
"Honestly the worst property management experience in my 44 years of life. 1. Falsely advertised their price. 2. Said I’d get free Google internet without divulging that the speed was barely fast enough to send an email. 3. Pool was full of algae and unusable for 1.5 years of living there. 4. Got my car towed despite having sticker of approval from the towing company. 5. Populating my neighboring apartments with homeless junkies who I saw begging on the street. 6.Virtually never responded to phone calls, texts, or emails without me first threatening to contact BBB. 7. Vastly understaffed. 8. They didn’t pay garbage bill or laundry bill for weeks/ months so that we lost garbage and laundry service. 9. Had to call the police multiple times for domestic assault, gunshots, and neighbors screaming at the top of their lungs at 3am. 10. New manager every 3-6 months so you never know who to call or who you’re speaking to if god forbid you should actually get ahold of someone. 11. New maintenance guy every 3-6 months as well. Should I go on? I could. Forever. Do not move here."
