"The clerk is always in a great mood !!!"

"Stopped on our way to I 64 to get gas and we were assaulted by a "regular customer". Pounding on our window screaming at us thar we were blocking the pump. Not true. Kept screaming at us so we pulled up. I went in to use restroom which was very dirty and he continued on with the berating me in the store.I used restroom and came out. He was back outside and I ask employees about him. I was told he was a regular. I said maybe he needs police called on him to which they replied now you are going to start with me. It w as unbelievable. I left and we didn't purchase fuel. We travel through there all the time and we will never use that place again. What terrible customer service."

"I go to Casey's usually for two reasons. I love their chocolate peanut clusters and their pizza is to die for. Honestly their pizza is probably some of the best pizza in the area which in itself is amazing for a corner shop gas station that place"

"I would like to commend the Lebanon, IL store on such a great management staff. It is with excitement that I visit this store DAILY, sometimes several times daily. Today I was witness to the management staff of Theresa and Steve hosting an employee appreciation luncheon for all the employees along with birthday celebration for a worker. How awesome is that to organize and dedicate their time off to say thanks and great job to the employees. Lets be honest, I am sure these employees and even management staff are not breaking the bank every week with their earnings, yet these leaders took the time, effort and their own finances to say thank you to the employees. I personally had given up on this particular Caseys until the birth of the new management and several quality employees. In closing, I would like to say thank you to Theresa and Steve for creating the excitement and gratitude for the employees today. I hope they continue this trend and it spreads to other Caseys stores. It is refreshing to see the employees get some recognition as opposed to it always being the customer. Without the employees, there would be no customers.. Thank you!"

"Ordered food from here and it literally made everyone in my family sick. Will never buy food from here again come to find out they have expired food that they are serving and also has moldy food that management has told employees not to throw out literally took it out of the bag and smelled it and said it’s fine serve it. Just disgusting. Health department needs to be called for sure!"
