"Used to be a great property for a senior relative. But has gone downhill the last 5+ years. Some buildings have foundation issues causing wall and front door use issues. Collecting money more important than maintaining property, screening tenants and addressing tenant behavior."

"When I lived here, mold came out of all the air vents ruining my stuff. The front office almost never responds to email. But it was a overall nice calm place... until I tried to go back and the so called "courtesy officer" threatened to have the police after me for walking on the property. So much for visiting my late mother's friends. That woman was so nasty and heartless and threatening and unnecessary I dropped 3 stars off my score just because of her."

"I just moved to the lodge and so far, so good, maintenance is seriously amazing. Selena in the office helped me with a few questions I had when I was in the process of leasing, very nice and great costumer service. They have after hours maintenance for emergencies and are pretty quick to respond. The prices are still good compared to other properties around the area, with the same or less square footage. The pool is always clean, only problem is since majority of their residents are seniors, they do have Adult Swim from 7:30 pm-10:00 pm meaning that I can't take my kids to the pool after 7:30 pm, and with the weather outside being in the upper 100's we really don't want to be under the sun. Also, with work sometimes I don't get home until 7 and kids want to go to the pool, but we can't, I feel like that would be my only complain about the property, other than that everything is great."
