"Reagan is the best property manager around here in Georgetown. She really takes care of all the residents and she make sure everybody is taking care of. She communicates all the time this girl needs a raise. The property is always kept clean and nice and presentable. She doesn’t just move anybody in. She only moves in qualified people which I like. "The Rail at Georgetown apartments are a quiet and pretty apartment complex. You’re stationed within a general neighborhood, feel safe, and sometimes you forget that you’re in an apartment. It’s lovely. The manager was nothing but helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that my move was comfortable and I had all the details to make it a success. Everything is within 5 to 10 minutes of a drive, and parking is not an issue. Neighbors are respectful, and the grounds are well kept."

"Moved here fairly recently and I love it! My apartment is small but it’s adorable and cozy! It’s a pretty quiet complex and everyone here seems friendly . The surrounding neighborhoods are pretty chill. Rent is a pretty great price compared to other places. Ragan the manager of the place has been so welcoming and helpful in the time I’ve been here. And the maintenance guys do a great job keeping up with everything as well."
