Pizza Hut

"For starters I want to say the lady that waited on us was very good. The manager I think. How does any Pizza Hut run out of personal pan pizzas at 6:30pm? We ended up ordering a medium pizza and got half vegetarian and half meat lovers. Our waitress was nice and didn’t charge us for our drinks so that kind of offset the difference in the price of two personal pan pizzas versus the much higher priced medium pizza. My wife also wanted mushrooms on her pizza but we were told they were out of mushrooms, but when we went up to the salad bar there sat a whole container of mushrooms. If they had been totally out of mushrooms, why wouldn’t someone go across the street to Walmart and buy some mushrooms? This is twice in a row we’ve visited this Pizza Hut and twice we’ve been unhappy with our experience there."

"Called in a pick up since I could not get the website or app to work. Sat in the drive thru for almost 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, guy took my card and brought it back and then nothing. Watched a bunch of people stand around. The guy kept looking at me but never came back. Finally after waiting in the drive thru for over 10 minutes I had to call to ask what was going on and the girl who answered said my food was ready and placed me on hold. A different person brought my food to the window and was rude. Got home and the food was ice cold. Disappointing."

"If I could give a lower score to our experience today I would. Zero isn't low enough. We waited 45 minutes on our pizza. It was cold and the crust wasn't done. We had to ask for even napkins. Other customers noticed how we were being treated poorly. Even when we went to oay our bill. No one was there toncheck us out. Another employee had to step.out back to get a check out girl. 2 employees sat at a table talking., eating and looking at.the internet. I don't plan on coming.back. today was very disappointing."

"Went in for late lunch. Very clean. The server was friendly and polite. The food was great and served quickly. Family size cheese breadsticks were a large portion. Hubby tried one of the sandwiches that replaced his beloved p'zone. He ordered the meat lovers, and it was stuffed. Crust was thinner and toasted. Enjoyed our meal"

"The order was right. The pizza itself ranked in top 5%-10% in my opinion. While we waited they offered us a free drink. In fact I've wanted another pizza from there. I'll definitely be a returning customer."
