"I would recommend not getting an apartment here. The property manager Regina is personally the dirtiest landlord you will ever come across. She focuses more on towing vehicles then having maintenance work orders done when residents request it. Maintenance has no idea what their doing when fixing things. And they currently went $400 more on all resident's rent."
"The property manager here is best friends with one of her residents who is always harassing other neighbors. She scratches peoples cars and fights over parking spaces. She cant stand when someone parks in “her” parking space (no assigned spaces) and then she will go to the property manager and make up lies about whoever parks in “her” space. The property manager then proceeds to reprimand and threatens to take actions against whichever neighbor her friend complained about with absolutely no proof. The apartments are also terrible, do not live here."
"This is the worst property to live at, they address matters without having any proof of any residents around or an actual resident that goes on a daily basis to complain. I mean if the property manager REGINA, would stop favoritism at its finest. She sits in the office with one resident and literally hears all her complaints for more then an hour. But will not hear the other residents story. Instead of addressing this matter privately. She literally tried to get both residents for a sit down of confrontation. I am shocked as to what I am hearing, how this resident and property manager are making threats and harassing this other resident with removing her assistance for housing. When they have had numerous of sit downs with this resident, resident seems to have a problem with the other one. This is past property management taking care of it. At this point I WOULD ASK FOR PROOF if this resident clearly doing something wrong and address it accordingly. Without any scandals in the office. SANDALWOOD MANAGEMENT I am shocked that this is even going on and no one is reporting it. Regina I am questioning your property management skills. Clearly you need to reread the TAA violation forms all over again. Also complete a fair housing class, it seems their is none taken from what I have witnessed. I am also expecting some retaliation since Regina the property manager declined to give her supervisors email to address this properly. Also when A resident request the regional email. Nicely give them the email, its something you cant deny. This shows that there is more going on in the office that is not being reported and addressed according to Fair Housing Procedures, I would like to get a response from management quickly regarding this matter."
"My sister recently moved into these apartments. Upon move in the apartment was filthy! I'm talking unsanitary filthy! I am a professional housekeeper and I've never had to use my entire stock of cleaning rags on one job before. Also, we spent two full days of work cleaning. One of the utility closets was caked with roach fecal matter! Any repairs that were done before move in were very shoddy. For example, a large chunk of the wall was patched after cheap stick on linoleum floor installation, and the paint doesn't even match the rest of the wall. Also the paint was splattered all over the floor. Cobwebs were painted over rather than cleaned first in closets. Toilets were not in working order. There's a water leak issue that makes a puddle right by the front door, which is has visible water damage, and is just on the other side of the wall from the shoddy patch job I mentioned. This indicates the water issue has been there for some time and rotted the wall with previous tenants. Management did not inform my sister about visitor parking. Yes there is a small sign upon driving into the complex, but it is small, and if you don't drive all the way to the back you'll never notice designated visitor parking spaces and the tiny visitor parking sign. It's a 200 dollar fee to retrieve your towed vehicle. Sadly, I know this now from experience. Nothing like coming out after a long day of cleaning filth that should have already been cleaned to find your vehicle gone. Maybe I should have been more diligent in looking for the sign when I pulled in, but aside from the parking towing issue, the apartment is in horrible condition!"
