"This is what you wake up to when you are a resident at Logan mills, this has happened to me 3 times already here in the span of 6 months. When I first moved in here 3 years ago it was great but over the last year this place has gone down in quality so much, problem with roaches , gate to exit almost never works, pothole in the front that they try to fix by adding rocks, cars being broken into, they just stopped caring about tenants it seems like. When you first get your apartment they are very nice and helpful but once you run into problems they say they can’t help with anything. The towing for visitors turned into such a broken system as well, there are so many things that need to be fixed here for the safety of us the residents of Logan mills. It’s crazy anyone can come in and break people’s windows without any repercussions, why ? Because when you go ask for help they tell you the cameras don’t record there or they’re not working. Just excuses to not care for the safety of the people that pay over $1500 a month to stay here."

Priscilla Salas went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed and was completely efficient , informative, and just an overall lovely person to talk to with in waiting periods. I even offhandedly mentioned something that needed to be fixed, the next day it was done!"

"The office staff was amazing. The tour was very informative and all information was given without me having to ask much. The property was well maintained and the pool was super clean. They have a huge gym that is a definite plus. Oh ya and they have in unit connections and a laundry facility on site!!! The prices seem to be lower than others in the area."

"I have lived here 3 years the past two years everything about this place has gone down, there is the same Pot hole in the entrance my Car has got broken into several times . My car was recently stolen . The gate dose not work they leave the gates open on purpose. It’s suppose to be a gated community. The pool this year was closed more than open . You can’t even access the gym area it’s easier from the pool area which you can’t access because they have it locked up. The side door access is hard to open its sometimes is locked as well , I have to jump the gate to the pool just to get into the gym. The dog poop is horrible people are not picking up it up . The laundry room area is disgusting it’s never clean the washer and dryers do not work properly and that is a third party so apartments won’t do anything about it . Are y’all not embarrassed when y’all are showing the property?"

"Do not move here. The apartments are not as advertised. The leasing office team are a bunch of amateurs trying to act professional. They smile in your face when they tell you no they will not make the necessary repair like the missing smoke alarm which still hasn't been replaced. There is mold in the apartments but they just paint over it with a mismatching paint. Your car will most definitely get towed when you first move in. They don't care that your appliances do not match. Oh don't get started on the maintenance people unable to read. THEY CAN NOT READ!!! These apartments are for when you have no other option. They are ghetto. There is no other way to put it. They love to take your money. These apartments need a class action lawsuit to get their act together."
