"Absolutely horrible. Neglected been locked out of apartment. Mold everywhere in a previous flooded unit during the freeze. It was never addressed. I have been locked out on my balcony while everyone was at the pool. Pictures and deleted messages will be posted soon."

"Hope you don’t plan to invite anyone over. You will be towed from visitor parking spots. Must register a pass that can only be permitted a limited amount of times; you will then be banned from creating one for 28 days."

"Current management is the best since I moved in almost 4 years ago. Rent is reasonable but you get nickel and dimed for parking, trash pickup, cable & internet (whether you want it or not), admin fees, pest control, etc. These amenities do make living here more comfortable and easier to manage. They need more parking but that's just Austin, overall I am happy with the community for the price but only just so and I am very happy with the current management team/office staff."

"I have lived at Agave for almost a year & just this week received my lease renewal contract to stay for another 12-months. AGAVE management really disappointed me when they would not honor the current pricing listed on their website . They wanted me to pay the same price that I paid last year despite the new & better pricing that is listed as I write this message. As a quiet, single tenant who pays rent on time every month it’s crazy that they prefer to lose someone over what they are currently offering a new tenant. Over the past year, I have noticed that the turnover w/ the office staff is noticeably high. The new manager is doing a good job turning things around to the best of his abilities. Half the year was spent w the Amazon locker systems down because it was located outside. Don’t be fooled by the front gate being opened.. it actually never shuts, so naturally there is theft and vandalism as you would expect since anyone can drive in. They will give you a gate opener upon move/in though, so you expect to use it but actually you’ll never need it. I had my bike stolen out of my backyard in October. Don’t expect any video cameras on the property to help identify anything."

"Moved into my apartment almost a month ago! The experience has been second to none. I toured with Dusty, who is by far the BEST guide ever! She was very knowledgeable of the community, and what she didn't know, she made sure to follow up with the information very promptly. It was very obvious that her and Adrian both take a lot of pride in themselves and the community, the office smells AMAZING, they were both dressed very nicely, and Dusty even picked up random pieces of debris from the ground and we were touring the community. She was very helpful with helping me and my partner get the application completed and getting us welcomed to the complex as residents. We got the cutest little basket with all kinds of goodies in it on our move in date. Thank you to the team here at Agave South Congress for making such an impression. We are looking forward to being longtime residents."
