"I lived here from 2021-2022 and the new management team can't provide a name of the old management team or respond back to my email. All I need is a copy of my lease. I work for an apartment complex and there is no way everyone in that leasing office do not know at least the name of the past management. Look at yalls leases or contact someone whos higher and who actually knows something."

"This is not a place to rent if you want your maintenance requests filled. Before Valiant took over this place was okay. The staff would respond to maintenance requests and attempt to fulfill their promised amenities.The advertised amenities are nonexistent. The laundry is old and doesn't work most of the time. The pool is rarely open and the fitness center has been open for about 2 months out of two years I have lived here. They have raised my rent while renovated apartments my size are going for about $200 less and fees add up. They require that you pay a fee just to pay your rent and have added small fees that have no purpose. The area is just a traffic nightmare and getting to the grocery or even main highway, which is a block away, is a frustrating waste of time."

"The place is trashed as many tenants do not care for their living situation, dog poop all over the place in front of stations with bags and trash cans for this purpose, empty beer cans lay everywhere. The management company is also bad. The laundry facilities do not have working dryers. Leasing office does not answer the phone or return emails. I put a maintenance request in 8 weeks ago and have heard nothing, I called after 5 and was told it would be “expedited”."

"*DO NOT MOVE HERE* I have lived here for 2 years. It was a great property until it was bought out by another company a year ago. Management has changed twice. My fiancé was robbed at gun point in front of our apartment and management would not let us out of our lease even though we have the police report. There is no consistency in the office. The new staff will not answer the phone during business hours, the office does not stay open during business hours like they are required to. There are no emails being sent out about updates to the community. The pool, gym, and laundry mat are always dirty or non operational. This complex does not have a maintenance staff. They hire random men to do odd jobs around the complex. They will take your rent every month and do nothing about updating the amenities. I put in a request to have my kitchen light replaced 3 weeks ago. Every time we go to the office we are given a different answer as to why it is not done. So to date my apartment does not have working kitchen lights. The Property Manager: Aricelli C is complacent and does not care about the tenants that live here."
