"AWFUL!! They were supposed to see my son for a follow up visit from being in the hospital and give him antibiotics he needed within 24 hrs and denied seeing him even though I spoke to a nurse who said they had openings and I had been calling them since 10am over 5 times and never got any calls backs. Front office was very rude to me when I got frustrated with their communication and lack of empathy for my sick 15 month old baby boy. I would give them zero stars if I could. If you are a young single mom the front staff will judge you I would suggest not taking your sweet babies here!!!"
"Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. After you finish an appointment the lady at the door to leave will tell you to call and schedule an appointment cause she’s too “Busy”. Then when you reschedule with them it’s always weeks out and always “too booked”. We did not feel welcomed there by any of the staff. Staff doesn’t sanitize waiting area. Girl at front desk gossip to other front desk girl about patients parents right in front of you. They lack professionalism and if you have Medicaid you are looked down upon. I have seen kinder receptionists at hospitals. Advice to the practice. FIRE FRONT DESK STAFF AND YOU WILL SEE PATIENT RETENTION!"
"This place is amazing. They are always on point with my daughters care. Dr Hine and Ms. lopez are the best. I have been going here for 15 years with no issues. Everyone is so kind and sweet. It's always good to go to a clean and friendly environment, especially when our kids are not feeling well. Thanks for what y'all do!"
"They refused to see my child, canceling an appointment, because they are not the PCP listed on his insurance card. Told me to go to the urgent care which opens at 4:30 when I had a 10 AM appointment scheduled with them. Why would I wait nearly 7 hours to take a child with facial swelling to the doctor?? They clearly do not care to fulfill their duties as doctors."
"Prior to taking our child here we read the reviews and somebody mentioned something like this clinic wanted to charge for anything and everything, and it’s true. I mean, at the end of the day it is a business. For example, if you go in for a cold but end up asking about a rash then you’re billed for two consultations. I guess if you don’t have co-payments then it might not matter to you, but, if you have co-pays, well…be ready. I knew and expected that so I made sure to let them know what I was there for and didn’t ask for absolutely anything else. Other reviews we read also mentioned the doctor was great. He was very kid friendly, patient and even somewhat playful with our little one, which we appreciated it. However, he was not very through in his examination. We were there for respiratory issues but the doctor started a wellness check as he was told that’s what we were there for. My kid had just had her wellness check two weeks prior with her primary care physician, which was through and well done. Once we clarified he stopped doing what he was doing and considered his check done. I was concerned about phlegms and cough but he didn’t go back to double check her lungs and only listened to her chest once and from the front only. I’m no doctor but from previous experience doctors are a bit more careful when it comes to respiratory issues and listen with their stethoscope from the chest and back. Anyway… he then started asking if my child had been tested for lead and anemia at her check up so I made sure to let him know, one, this was not a wellness check up (didn’t want to be billed twice) as she had just had it, and two, asked why it was necessary. He was really pushing for these tests “to maximize” our visit, even though my kid doesn’t have any signs of lead poisoning, anemia, and is a healthy weight and height. We refused the tests at least three times and I truly feel once he saw we were not going for them, he completely disengaged. Excused himself and left before we could ask him any more questions related to the reason we were there in the first place."
