"I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. We were visiting family in Austin during Covid and our three month old baby had a scary incident where he briefly stopped breathing due to reflux. We spoke to our pediatrician in Houston, who is with Texas Children’s, recommended we see a doctor to rule out anything serious. Rather than go to an urgent care facility with an infant during a pandemic, we decided to try to get in with a primary care physician with Texas Children’s. When I called their office, the first person I spoke with was so kind and understanding, and she spoke with the doctor to work us into their busy schedule. When we arrived, they were very cautious with all the Covid restrictions, and were also very kind and professional. The doctor took her time with us, and was very thorough. And she was able to enter all her notes into our MyChart so our regular doctor will see it all at the next appointment. I highly recommend this office."
