"Abel and front office staff were always friendly and helpful, Abel was especially helpful during our move out, a thing that was greatly appreciated! There were a lot of bugs in the beginning, but then we learned you can get set up for monthly indoor spraying and we would highly recommend you do that if you live here. The only other complaint is the laundry room, the dryers if ran on regular will burn clothes and if you put them on low you will be left hanging up half your load. That being said, Maintenance was always fast and the portal was easy to use. Also, we really enjoyed their grounds, there is a nice grassy area by the pool and a beautiful tree with a bench that I got to walk past when walking to my girlfriends apartment. For how much it cost (when we lived there in 2021 *980 for a 1BD 1 Bth*) it was a good experience and I would choose it again. :D Happy apartment hunting!!"

"Save yourself the time and heartache from living here. The apartment staff is constantly being swapped out. None of them keep up with maintenance requests. The ACs never work properly and they never fully repair them. They do not do regular apartment checks to make sure everything is even livable. Yet the rent continues to rise. These apartments are absolutely disgusting and they do NOT CARE ABOUT THE MOLD, They just spray paint over it. My apartment has FLOODED multiple times and they take their time coming to “fix” the issue, just for it to breakdown a few days later. These apartments are HORRIFIC. Oh and not to mention the CONSTANT CAR BREAK INS."

"From the moment I spoke to Christina and Veronica over the phone I knew I wanted to move here. It’s hard to find people who have a genuine interest in helping you. I never felt rushed or ignored and they both went WAY out of their way to ensure I was happy every step of the way prior to moving in. Signing the lease was easy and straight forward and I was able to view my unit before my move in date to take measurements and figure out how my furniture would fit. The apartment was literally SPOTLESS. This was a make-ready like I have never seen before. I was expecting to have to spend awhile cleaning but I couldn’t even find anything that needed to be done. This made my move in extremely easy and quick. The apartment complex is clean, quiet, safe, and literally located in the best part of Austin. I have been really unhappy with previous apartment complexes here in Austin. I’m happy and even somewhat shocked that I can’t find a single complaint about this place. A huge THANK YOU to Christina and Veronica. I hope all other apartment complexes take notes on you guys. Moving to Keystone was the best decision I’ve ever made."

"I love this apartment complex. I have a ground floor apt that looks out into a beautiful courtyard. The common areas are well maintained, and the apartments are as well. EVERY SINGLE maintenance issue I've had has been addressed within 24 hours and resolved as fast as they could. Kept me informed of the progress for larger repairs. The staff in the office is kind and always treats me with respect and kindness. I moved into a tiny apartment from a huge house, and I've never felt more at home."
