"I have lived at Tramor at Creek Village for just over a year and I love it. It's a small, quaint and quiet community in literally one of the best locations in Austin, 78704. It's right off South Lamar, five minutes south of downtown and just north of the 290/360/Mopac interchange, so you can easily get to where you need to go throughout the city. You can walk to In-N-Out Burger, Peoples Pharmacy, Pluckers, Wheatsville Co-op, Gold's Gym, Pep Boys, Sprouts, Starbucks and Target. Central Market, Juiceland, Walgreens, Office Depot and the Regal Westgate Stadium movie theater are all just minutes away by vehicle. Zilker Park and Barton Springs Pool and the Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail are close by as well. I live in a one bedroom with a study. Since I work at home, it's nice to shut the door to the study and forget about work at the end of the day. The study doesn't have any windows which I like because I don't get distracted while working. The rest of the apartment has a lot of windows and natural light, especially the bedroom. The kitchen is HUGE with tons of counter space and cabinets. It has a very long bar that overlooks the living room/dining room combination. It's very open and flows nicely. The floors are hardwood with carpet in the study and bedroom. The bathroom is small, just a basic bathroom. But if you hang a lot of mirrors in it, it seems much bigger. It has a decent-sized walk-in closet, small hall closet and a large kitchen pantry. It has a small patio too. There is a fenced track and field across the street and on weekends and evenings you can let your dogs run free. There is also a dog park in the back of the property. There's a sidewalk around the track and field that takes up a whole city block that you can walk or run on anytime. There's plenty of parking and you can park right in front of your door most days. . The rent is VERY affordable for the area. And, surprisingly, my electric bill is never over $100, even in the summer months. The neighbors are very laid-back and if you have a maintenance issue, it's fixed the very same day. The ladies in the office are very nice and friendly and the leasing process is a breeze. And it has Google Fiber! I highly recommend Tramor at Creek Village and I will definitely be renewing my lease. It's so quaint and quiet and cozy and has a relaxing vibe."
