Starbucks

"I have been to this location two times and ordered my go to drink. I am very familiar with the taste and the color of the drink since I drink it almost every day. My drinks come the same way no matter what Starbucks I go to except this one. The two times I have been here the same barista has made my drinks and they taste nothing like they should. They actually taste horrible. This has happened to me 2 times and it’s a shame that I can’t even drink the coffee I paid for. For reference I get a venti iced shaken blonde espresso, oat milk, 2 pumps sf vanilla, 2 pumps of caramel, 2 scoops of vanilla bean, and 1 stevia. The first picture is the same order at this location and the second picture is the same order at the Butler Hill location (what it should look like and always looks like). The color, the taste, and the strength are completely off. I had to spend double the money to get the right coffee several times. It’s upsetting, a waste of money and time. I will not be coming back to this location."

"Guy at counter obviously new. Girls working with him more interested in flirting with the customer than teaching. Had to wait forever for just a regular coffee and then had to go up and ask where it was. Very irritating"

"Great environment for studying and hanging out with friends! The staff is welcoming and I received my drink fairly quickly. The music is good and isn't too loud if you are reading a book or studying."

"Love this place, it's clean and has plenty of space for customers who can easily sit and enjoy coffee and use the internet. I love the vibe of Starbucks compared to others near the st Louis area. Customer service was best. She was not in hurry, and ask for an order with a great smile. I will recommend it to everyone."
