"So very disappointing. Roaches are everywhere, regardless of how well we clean, or spray bleach. I’ve woken up to one crawling on my bed frame. Horrible experience. Only one trash- which is not enough! It is quite frequently overflowing and attracts wild animals. Never ever any parking. I have to walk across the entire property late at night because of it. There isn’t a functioning gate at the front either. Maintenance is kind. That is the only plus. Carpet was filthy when we got it. List goes on."

"The parking situation is getting out of hand. Nothing is more upsetting than coming home everyday and having to park all the way on the other side of the complex. And even getting a garage is no good. Have had stuff stolen because the door doesn’t lock. Management never does anything but still charge me the garage fee."

"I have lived here 2 years and yes there are some things I don't like but the ladies in office are AMAZING. The layout of the apartment is what led me here and it's huge and affordable.. You will not find another layout like these apartments in Austin trust me I've looked."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Always under new management. Management is very rude. Always telling you that you can put in your 60 days if you dont like it. Never in a rush to come out and fix anything. We pay rent on time every month, CLOSE TO $1800 but they expect us to wait weeks for someone to come out and look at a broken refrigerator. They let small children be unsupervised at the pool. They let the tenants keep the property so filthy. Theres only one dumpster in the whole complex and it just piles up. The smell is horrible and the flies are outrageous. The garages are all broken up and most of them don't even close. I'm pretty sure every building has roaches. Desiree in the office is so unprofessional and talks to people like they are beneath them. She gets upset if you try to hold them accountable for their lies. There are wasps everywhere! They claim pest control comes every Wednesday but that's a lie! This whole apartment complex is a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!!! DONT MOVE HERE! DONT MOVE HERE!! DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!"
