"Crazy how much this place has declined since being sold. As others have confirmed, it is filthy all the time now. Trash overflowing everywhere, hallways full of dog hair and dust. They’ll tout a bunch of improvements but won’t do the basics of regular cleaning. Additionally, this place is full of irresponsible dog owners. My hallways sounds like a dog pound with constant barking which is easily heard between walls."

"I feel fortunate to have found this place as looking for apartments can be overwhelming. I absolutely love the area as there are some restaurants and nightlife within walking distance and literally halfway in between the Domain and downtown. Love the amenities as the Fitness center fits all of my needs so I don't have to buy a gym membership. I would highly recommend this community as it's both affordable and safe."

"This is my second lease with the property, and I've been here since 2022, so I lived through the transition from AMLI to Haus. This is a well designed building, desirable location, and the staff has been great. The front desk staff specifically, Bailee and Dallas, have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure any inquiry or need I have was met. Their friendliness and professionalism are the hallmarks of what makes living here truly delightful. Secondly, Vernon, the maintenance maestro, is remarkably swift and skilled, and has already performed two fixes for me, both within a day of my request. I know how big of a challenge moving is, so if you've got questions about the property, I'm totally fine with prospective residents messaging me via google voice. "As others have said, since private equity backed Greystar bought this place we’ve seen a rapid decline in cleanliness and care for facilities, slow maintenance servicing (if any), poor management and overall no sense of community that was there with AMLI. As I understand it, the owners would rather residents leave than offer competitive rates similar to nearby properties. This place is being plundered by yet another PE backed “real estate” port co. Such a shame, we really enjoyed living here. As it stands, there is nothing redeeming about this place and a bleak outlook on that improving. Best avoid this place unfortunately as it does not look like it has a future."

"Haus of Horrors…. Ever since Amli was bought by Haus, it’s been a nightmare. Maintenance is slow to respond to non emergency and emergency issues like the gate not working and glass from people breaking into cars. The place is now filthy… the hallways, mail room, the garage, garbage rooms, stairwells, common areas, etc. have not been cleaned in awhile. Leading to ants, cockroaches and more. Absolutely disgusting. They are also very un-organized in the front office and usually have no idea of things going on. All sense of community is now gone, no more fun little social gatherings or environmental programs or raffles. I am actively looking for somewhere else to live because I’m afraid that this will only get worse."
