"We recently moved into these apartments and I could not be happier with our decision to make Ventana Oaks our new home. The property is beautiful and well cared-for, the leasing office staff is very kind and helpful (Rebeca in particular was a huge help and very welcoming), the maintenance staff is quick to respond and very efficient. The floor plans are all beautiful, and I really appreciate how much storage we get, considering it's just an apartment. Units are very well-built and I haven't heard a sound from any of the neighboring units, including our upstairs neighbors. The only thing I would say is not ideal is Fetch, the package delivery service that the complex uses. You don't have the choice of opting out, it's a waste of money, adds an unnecessary middle man to what should be a simple process, and seems to primarily benefit the front office staff who now are not responsible for handling residents' deliveries. I would just suggest having your packages delivered to a PO box or your workplace if possible. Other than that, it's basically a perfect place to live. ALSO: Do not be deterred by the negative review bombing by the people who evidently dealt with a break-in. While it's unfortunate that it happened to them, I do not feel it is a broader reflection of life here nor does it seem that it was somehow the fault of the property management. Ventana Oaks is as safe as apartment complexes can be, and is definitely the nicest and safest place I have ever lived. All in all, a nice place to live and definitely ideal for families!"
