"New management really is cleaning this place up. When I moved in there were a few issues at my apartment that the old managers promised to fix within a week. Never did. New team already has done a lot for my unit and more. They towed a lot of junkers that were just parked here, loud neighbors no longer stay up til 5 am, and overall just feels like my money is well spent here. Joseph today came in and fixed my garage asap. Also cleaned my counter that was stained since move in as well. He added a few blinds to my curtains as well. Super appreciative of the new team. Also the gentleman at the front office was awesome, forgot his name but will update once I get in contact again. But overall thank y’all for the quality of life changes done here! I wanna know why my car was towed from my parking spot at 2 in the morning today. Car is registered and I have been living here for 6 months. I am not going to pay 200-300 to get my car back when I’ve been a resident since June. Tow the junkers that are here all the time and leave my car alone."
"After staying for two years, it was apparent that the security deposit was not going to be returned. I lived here for two years and it was a very exciting stay. It began with every major holiday being ruined with the power being turned off, water mains breaking from cold weather, or overflowing dumpsters that never seem to be quite empty. The lease that I signed stated "No car repairs" but that didn't stop anyone that lived here from working on the weekend mornings throughout the night with impact wrenches and loud music. Dog owners refused to pick up after their pets, the trees in shambles after never getting trimmed or maintained after storms, garbage and shopping carts blowing throughout the parking lot. Maintenance changed staff at least four times, office staff at least three times, original company was bought out by Lynd and prices were hiked up quite a bit after "remodeling". The units that were "remodeled" were given new flooring and a "land-lord special" of a fresh coat of paint, and in return - a $300-400 rent increase for the same dumpy rental unit. There was original 2020 value at getting a single bed unit and a garage for $1200/mo was great, the layouts were nice, but the prices jumped quite a bit for the other major property issues. Overall, don't expect the security deposit back - you won't receive it. The Leasing staff will cycle and turn, they will lose your notes, there will be an excuse of why you were let down. For reference, typical Dumpster appearance - tree limbs were left laying around for several weeks afterwards."
"Upon move in thus far I am very satisfied with my new apartment. The environment is mostly quiet, the people seem to be friendly and have their own sense of community. My apartment is nice, any issue Ive had is either taken care of or in the process. The staff is my favorite part, very nice, understanding and helpful!"
"I moved in here June of 2023 and have been here nearly 5 months now. When first moving in there were some issues but those were resolved or have been added to a list to be taken care of. Recently a new company took over and they are trying to fix and do the things that the previous owners failed to do. I have had great experiences with the property manager, assistant property manager, Trey, and the maintenance staff. Since they took over, I can honestly tell a difference and see the office staff more involved outside the office and they have been excellent with communicating. Of course no matter where you live there will be issues. I’m very pleased with how they are handling what they inherited from the previous owners and are trying to get this place looking great! It’s not going to happen over night but they are trying. It’s really a beautiful property and for the most part it is quiet. Most of the other residents are friendly and will wave or say hi when out walking. There are kids that live here that ride bikes and do what normal kids do, and that gives it a lively feel that you don’t really get at other apartment complexes. It really does feel like a small town community/ neighborhood here. I know there are some bad past reviews on here, but come see for yourself and take a tour. I’m a very picky person and I enjoy living here and look forward to seeing the improvements the new company and new office staff have planned for this beautiful property."
"This is very bad experience to stay here !!! Bad service start from I moving in until now no body fix anything I reported the problem from check list no body care the sink leak the garbage disposer broke I have to wait for a month until smell bad I have to go ask the maintenance guy by my self to fix it that how you do management in this community? I asking for the garage the manager already promise me gonna give me the garage I wait for 4-5 months why I need garage because the Stanger keep come in come out at night time I not feel safe for my vehicle Last 2 week I reported about smoke detective not working until now no body care I pay rent and utility but no service ! the staff so rude name Juan Delgado the way he talk with me like I am baggar not the customer This is how your staff should to be ? This is how your training staff? I am not happy to stay here anymore and I not gonna recommend any one I know or in my community to come here !! Update 03/13/2023 Finally my motorcycle got stolen not even can see the camera how it happened with my motorcycle or camera it not working ? Or the entier apartments have only one camera by the entrance how about another building? 1/5 star if have 0 I will rate 0 Not recommend any one to stay here but if you came have a good luck"
