"Been eating the smash bowls a lot of the last couple weeks having just had my top teeth removed; it's quick and easy for a lunch when I work. Today, ordered it as usual. Get home, open the bowl to see it's only have filled. Called to let them know. The kid agreed with me "that's how they all come" so I asked why my previous bowls were completely full. He continued with "that's how they all come" still no apology. Half empty?, I asked.. I would have been happy to return the half empty bowl for a new one. Couldn't even offer that, just repeated "that's how the come" Customers service today (everywhere) is absurd!! I wasn't rude til the end of the phone call. Last time I spend my money here."

"If I could leave a zero I would. 1. Store closes at 9 p.m. at 7:53 p.m. lights were off outside. Went through drive-thru was informed they didn't have any chicken at all, only chicken tenders, didn't have coffee or any tea. When asked why, was informed "because we close at 9". 2. Asked to speak to a manager, a maybe 17 year old came to the window, said his name was David, except the girl working called him Drew. Asked what the deal was, told us it was corporate policy. 3. Asked for general managers name or district managers name and or phone number, was told they weren't allowed to give us that information. 4. Ordered 5 strip meal, and an extra medium mashed potatoes. The chicken tenders and French fries were ice cold, chewy and absolutely disgusting. The mashed potatoes had easily sat there since probably noon, they were horrible. 5. Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time, very disappointing. 6. We won't be back. 7. Neither employee had name tags on, asked them why, said it was their choice to wear them."
