"Service was slow but not bad. Food was awful and cold. Mac and cheese was old and hard. Kids pancakes were small and burnt. Scrambled eggs were old and over cooked. Had to ask for butter and it came out with a hair in it! Chicken sandwich was good but only received 4 onion rings as a side."

The only issue was my wife ordered the cinnamon pancakes and she really enjoyed them until she was just about finished and our waitress came by and commented that she has never seen anyone finish them before. So my wife put down her fork and started crying. My point is - If you are in the Service Industry never say that you have never seen someone finish eating something. It is rude."
