"I Told Linda I heard knocking from the AC unit. It was warm inside the closet and on the outer walls. Someone came out with a FLASHLIGHT. And said EVERYTHING IS FINE. 2 days later, I turn my AC on and at first I didn’t notice it but I got woozy in the head. And noticed the smell of GAS!!! I called the Gas Company. And their device IMMEDIATELY picked up Gas and Carbon Monoxide. Me and my 8mo old baby shouldn’t even be here !!! They didn’t come till after 8 THE NEXT DAY. Even thought that qualifies as an emergency There’s MORE but I don’t feel like typing."

"I live here and out apartment manager Linda is the best. Our place and the a adjacent properties are quite and for the most part everybody mind their own business."

"Management sucks! They don't fix anything in the apartments. Maintenance will go in your apartment without your consent, and wouldn't leave a notice. Oh, and the apartments in the back had burned up I'm sure they didn't tell the tenants moving in, because I was one of them. The only reason how I knew is because when I walked up to one of the contractors working, I ended up knowing one of the guys and he mentioned it. They're dishonest, rude, inconsiderate troll faced demons. I can go on and on about this place omg lol. They deserve an entire blog about them. It's not safe for your kids! Oh and be prepared to hear some music all hours of the night during a weekday and drinking. Oh and the managers family lives a whole complex for free....way past the legal limit for ppl that are 2 to a room smh."

"The manger is very kind and she is the best apartment manger since I've lived here in 2 half years ever she cares about the people who rent from arbor cove . she makes sure that work orders get done on a reasonable time frame the staff and matance people are friendly and polite.."
