"I know the apartments are an old building but they remodeled it and updated everything and they're really nice but it is for Senior Living only when they also are based on income as well other than that pretty nice place has a lovely little Courtyard and the community garden and it's really really close to Central Market so I'm sure that helps a lot disabled and elderly people I know it would help me"

"They recently had a change in ownership and management. Jennifer , the new manager, picked up beautifully the unfinished certification of my mom's HUD apartment and not only got her rent to a manageable place , but got her a refund of several months of paying too much. These apartments are now managed very well with kind and responsible office workers. And the maintenance is excellent."

"Manager is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was the greatest while helping me move my mom into the complex. Very patient and thorough. I feel very at ease knowing she will be there if my mom needs anything."

"As a residential property this place is beautiful they have made some much needed upgrades. I have nothing against that. My closest relative has lived here for a long time. Has never really had an issue until recently. A senior community shouldn’t need security, however they are not liable when it comes to safety or a slip and fall. I don’t feel like a locked gate and sliding door is enough anymore. Moving forward from what has happened not too long ago. I really hope management takes in consideration of the issues that have occurred."
