"I visited starbucks at the Horsehoe in St.Louis. placed my order, saw that she was making it an iced coffee instead of hot. I said excuse me I wanted hot coffee not iced. She SLAMMED down the cup and huffed turned around and said you asked for an iced latte,I said no actually I didnt I asked if you could make a certain flavor then I recieved more attitude so I told her just make whatever and stepped into the hallway to wait. My friend that was in line placing and getting her order said she was mouthing and complaining the whole time. This is totally unacceptable behavior for someone in customer service."
