Starbucks

"Pretty much every employee here is consistently mean. I do not know who spends 6-7$ on a subpar product and be consistently exposed to the kind of customer satisfaction these employees provide!"

"I waited in the drive thru on a Sunday at three pm for ten minutes without it moving, so I went in to order instead. There was no line at the counter and it took 30 minutes before I got my drink. When the people who ordered behind me got theirs, I asked about it, and it had been placed in the drive thru line (which also happened to the guy before me?) another woman waiting inquired about her drink and the barista claimed she had spilled her drinks on the floor. Despite the huge line at the drive thru, all employees were moving extremely slowly. There’s definitely some management and employee concerns here."

"This Starbucks is usually a little slow, but they're typically very busy so it's not that bad Edit: turns out this starbucks is just unbelievably slow regardless of how busy. I waited over an hour today with 5 people in the drive through and 1 car in the parking lot. Highly recommend avoiding this one and driving 10+ minutes out of your way to save some time. There is no reason to visit this Starbucks over and others, ever."

"35 min wait for coffee? No thanks I ended up leaving, it was 4 pm on a Sunday and they were not busy or understaffed like they claimed. I honestly feel like they told me a long wait time so I wouldn’t order anything and leave. Not friendly, not welcoming, horrible customer service."

"This location has been dropping the ball. Seems like every other day they don’t allow you to place mobile orders for pick up. When I asked as to why, they simply implied that it’s less orders they have to get to. So I’ve opted to go inside since then to place my orders because their drive through line tends to stretch out on to the busiest street ever, Lindbergh, causing more traffic. Now they have been simple closing the cafe when they feel fit, so you’re forced to sit in that monstrosity of a line or just leave. Which is a huge inconvenience with my morning commute. They changed hours as listed below which is fine. However when I show up to place a drive through order at 5:20am clearly passed their 5am opening. Mind you with staff inside the store, they refuse to take my order as well as the other 10 vehicles. When I simply went to the window to just check if and when they would open the employee just looked at me and said we’re closed rudely and turned her back on me, refusing to even open the window to specify why or when they’d open. Just left me sitting there and ignoring me hoping I’d go away. Very unprofessional, if you’re going to run a business then why allow employees to simple deter your paying customers, just cause they don’t feel like working. I’m done with this Starbucks and their horrible service, I’ll take my business else where."
