"Bring your own hand sanitizer! No issues with the doctors and care here- all have been great. However: 1) taps in bathroom do not work (sensors that do not sense anyone.) maybe once every 5 mins they will. 2) hand sanitizer outside the bathroom empty. 3)hand sanitizer in room empty- seriously, that’s just a no no at a doctors office! Hoping all these issues will be resolved today- at least the hand sanitizer. Please fix your toilet taps. My son had a messy poo that needed water with toilet paper and it was so frustrating not having taps that work."

"I am a doctor myself, and so far have been very impressed with Bee Caves Pediatrics!! Dr Norton and staff are excellent—attentive, communicative, super skilled at putting children at ease and the facility has easy parking and is very clean and nice inside. It’s also easy to get an appointment and they answer the phone rapidly and are very friendly and nice—they must have changed staff because the negative reviews I’ve seen don’t seem to align with our positive experience. Multiple other doctors recommended this practice to me over the years as well. Dr Norton takes time with my children and really listens to them and puts them at ease. Additionally she and her team also went to the trouble to find out which medicine would be best covered by our insurance before sending the prescription which is so incredibly thoughtful and accommodating! That was something she spontaneously offered, and not something I requested or anything. I’ve never had that experience with any other doctor, and realize it’s a choice the practice makes to have support staff to help with that kind of thing. I’m also GRATEFUL for the basic childhood vaccine expectations, knowing that my children and especially other people’s newborns will not be inadvertently exposed to unchecked and preventable infectious diseases that historically can mame and kill. Overall we have been very happy with our move to Bee Caves Pediatrics so far!"
