Domino's Pizza

"I didn’t think about this when I pulled up to picked up my order from the window, but one of the employees was flipping pizzas. I noticed that the pizza that he flipped was folded over, due to a poor landing of the pizza. Yet he just folded the pizza back to the correct position. I ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed garlic bread, spent $29. Half of the pizzas were without any toppings, I am thinking that he may have been flipping all of the pizzas that night. The other half of the toppings basically were on the side of the pizza crust. I will give this location one more try, but if this happens again… I am done buying from them."

"Our order tonight was delivered to the wrong address. Luckily it was delivered to a neighbor's house, but I didn't know him. He contacted me from my phone number on the receipt and I had to meet him in the street in the rain and the food was all cold by the time my husband and I ate it. Also there was cheese missing on some of the pizza and sauce was skimpy on the chicken. I called the store to let them know about the mix up and the person was so rude. After I explained what happened, there was silence. I asked if he was still there and he said yes, it was all sorted out, right? I said yes and he said well what's the problem then? I said I had to meet a neighbor in the rain in the dark and everything was cold. I told him what he should have said was I'm sorry ma'am, is there anything we can do to make this right, but instead, he hung up on me. No wonder the collective rating is a 3.7."

"I ordered online at 6:28pm, my email said 35-45 mins for delivery so I kept going on the app to see how the pizza tracking was going and at 6:55pm my order was be quality check and than again every 5 mins until 7:48pm. At 7:55pm my food was finally delivered cold and looked questionable. After calling the store the 1st time and finding out a answering service answers the phone and then being transferred to the store and after been on hold about 7 mins I was hung up on after asking for a supervisor. After calling back again and transferred again I finally spoke to a supervisor and he didn’t even apologize or explain why my food was not good or why it took so long. He just offered a refund which I did receive. I wanted hot fresh food instead of a refund which I asked for before a refund."
