Pizza Hut

"Ordered via Uber eats delivery. Pizza was col, overcooked, virtually no cheese. I threw it away. Was a $23+ loss. Called store. On hold 4+ minutes, hung up. Will file complaint to corporate office"

"Spent $50 on 2 pizzas & bread sticks. Asked for extra extra sauce on one of the pizzas and said it multiple times “like dripping” charge me! Get home and it barely any sauce the pizza was dry. The girl who took the order and cashed me out was great! I tried to tip her and she said the tip wouldn’t go to her anyway?!?? I called to get it corrected the same girl who took the order said the manager said we could bring the pizza back and they would remake it so we did. The manager came to the counter with an attitude to show the remade pizza. I asked for additional sauce and she brought a 2 portion. This experience would have been great if it hadn’t been for the managers poor attitude! Not to mention having to drive up there twice"

"Of the "Big 3" pizza places in South City, I've had the best experiences, both carry-out & delivery, from this Pizza Hut. Order is accurate and staff is friendly. Been ordering for years now."

"Tonight was a disgrace. I placed an order at 845pm as in laws popped by for my birthday. I remembered the Birthday email from Pizza Hut recently and decided to get a quick order. I called at 1015pm and the call center advised me that the location was closed but the order would be arriving soon. Our order came at 1056pm, AFTER my in laws left and waited till 1030 to whip them a light snack. The food was delivered cold, dried out, missing items and in bent boxes. Not to mention theres almost no cheese on the pizza and the soggy mushy chicken bites are some form of sponge. We will never be ordering again. I will be delivering back the items to the location tomorrow."
