"This office is the worst pediatrics office I have been to. The staff is so rude and disrespectful, the doctors act like they are seeing your child for free because they are so negligent it’s sad. I will be filing an official complaint. This is unacceptable. The 5 star reviews they have are the staff writing fake reviews to boost their bad reviews sad all together."

"Terrible experience. It used to be good. However, the good doctors have moved on. Now, the lady at the front desk has no idea how to deal with insurance. Kept having to call someone else, and still got it wrong. Ended up having to pay full price and got told I can wait for insurance to reimburse me for the difference. My child will NOT be back again. Would not recommend to anyone. Then wanted to charge us even more for unnecessary labs!"

"The staff here is awesome! The girls are very professional and make sure to schedule and resolve any issues you might have in a timely manner. Dr. Tannous is absolutely GREAT! She makes sure she gives your child the best care possible. She never rushes through the appointment always makes sure she explains and answers any questions you might have"

"Not much different from any clinic in Cleveland unfortunately. They all seem to suffer from the same thing as here: - Appointment times are hit or miss. You may get in on time, but chances are they have overbooked and you'll wait 30minutes or more past your scheduled time to be seen. - No awareness or time consciousness on part of the staff: completely unaware how much time they are needlessly wasting of you as a customer. After being called in, you'll wait another 30 for a nurse. Another 30 for the doctor. Basically, 30 minutes for really anything. "Need a blood sample? It'll take us 30 minutes to show up with the needle to even prick you. " Expect to be here for 2 hours or more. If you get out early count it as a blessing. Tge staff seems to find this normal - no apologies, no mention or awareness of how unbelievably long they are taking or how long they are leaving their customers to wait - leading me to believe this sort of thing IS completely normal for this office. Money is time. Unfortunately for this office time management is their worst trait. This office gets a 1 out of 5."

"Great office nice staff good doctors , but told me they could only see my daughter if it was an emergency due to the fact that I was asking about pros and conns to vaccines instead of just getting them, they said the cdc makes them. Well I contacted the CDC and they said no that is an office choice that theh recomend answering any question the parent has ans still seeing the child till the parent is comfortable with it . So they lied and were unreasonable , the nurse that came and told me to leave acted so accomplished like she was waiting her whole life for that very moment I wasnt even refuseing shots I just had a few questions !"
