"This was one of my most positive experiences with a doctor. Dr. Donegan was extremely thorough, asking lots and lots of questions and really listening. She was very attentive and even made a joke that she was bad at multitasking - which I found to be a lovely quality. She explained things to us very clearly and took lots of time. She was never in a rush and even stuck around the room when the nurse was doing her part. The whole staff was super kid friendly and very helpful."
"Doctors and staff were all wonderful to work with! The billing department is the rudest I have ever worked with. After questioning how the service was billed to my insurance, I repeatedly asked "When was I informed it would be billed this way for a covered service?" The representative told me that's just the way it is and if I couldn't afford to pay for the service, I shouldn't have brought my children in to receive care. I understand what my insurance does and doesn't cover. I know how it works. But she made it seem like I don't know how anything works and refused to answer my simple question. Beware of billing - even if this is an in network provider (which it is for me). What should've been a $35 visit turned into over $600 for us. Took my other child to another allergy office for the same service and it was the expected $35. Exact same service. EDITED TO ADD: the office reached out to me regarding this complaint and worked with me to make this right. I was impressed at how well they handled the situation and my complaint. They seemed surprised that I was not given a cost estimate prior to the service. I'll be updating my star rating from one to four because of this."
"Unfortunately we have been waiting over an hour for a scheduled appointment we arrived early for. No warning at all about the wait, apparently it just happens because of lack of rooms available. Seems like a poorly managed clinic. No one apologized or seemed to care remotely, which is pretty disappointing for a children's clinic that you would hope would be accomodating to families. Now we have been sitting in the room for about 20 minutes so it seems like room availability is not the only problem. We will not be returning there are so many different allergy clinics and no need for this ridiculous kind of wait. I will say at the end we did get one apology and offer to validate parking."
