"I work fast food myself so I understand the frustration of it being busy and getting a million doordashes. HOWEVER to serve this to somebody is absolutely unacceptable. It literally smells burnt and it had the texture of charcoal. I ordered a large mango smoothie and only got a regular, the only decent thing about the order was the nuggets. To whoever cooked the burgers on 2/15/2024 at around 7pm, you knew this was not acceptable and should have NEVER served this."

"We ordered two coffees. They were entirely undrinkable. Bitter, burnt-tasting, and acrid. We couldn't get it past our gag reflexes they were so bad. My husband's sandwich was okay. The hash browns were good. I had two sandwiches with no bread. The egg McMuffin with extra egg, had one egg (the extra). The cheese was thrown into the box by the sandwiches but not on them, which is such a nice touch. Mark and avoid."

"Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe... got a quarter pounder... come on guys.... do better. I live 15 miles away so couldn't take it back by the time I got home."

"Every single time you come to this store there is always an issue. Either you food isn’t how you ordered it or a completely different order or the food is disgusting. The lack of food in this happy meal for a 3 year old was my last straw. I won’t be going back to this location I would rather drive to East Alton’s location. The staff is a lot nicer there then this location also."

"Ordered a double filet fish sandwich well done. Well it was well done and then some. It was so hard I couldn’t even break a corner off. Also asked for extra tarter and didn’t get that either. Well done doesn’t mean cooked so hard it becomes a fish brick. What makes it worse is I live 9 miles away. Drove 9 miles home, 9 miles back to get a refund and then 9 miles back home. 27 miles total. Won’t return to this one. Also had to wait about 10 minutes. I was told the fries were cooked to order and it would be just over a minute left. Then when I got the food, the fries were not even that hot. No way they just cooked the fries."
