"There used to be a provider named Amanda Ferreira She was so sweet, so professional, very kind with me and my children I will forever be grateful.. Coming in for my last appointment nurse practitioner Sharon was not professional, very harsh did not approach with kindness or professionalism. The moment she walked in said we cannot accept your child if she is not vaccinated to begin with why schedule me an appointment, knowing my children’s files if you are keeping up with your patients, you should know what they have on their file to be updated and informed I do not and will not recommend this location especially if you’re dealing with her go somewhere else before you waste your time. "I tried giving this place a chance looking for a good pediatrician for my son. Took him for his 18 month check up I wanted to speak to the DR about so many concerns I had and she literally rushed me out. My son was having a meltdown and she literally asked me what was wrong with him with a questionable face. That was one of my concerns but she didn’t give the time to speak with me regarding anything about my child! So yeah I asked her for a developmental specialist referral or autism evaluation clinic she agreed to sending him somewhere to get evaluated.. almost 4 weeks later about 10 calls that I been making to the clinic for that referral and no help whatsoever. They keep saying the nurse will call me back in 2-3 days and she never does. Terrible place when you are seeking for serious help for your child. Needless to say I gave up already! Most definitely won’t be returning. Update: month later and no call back from the nurse. I see the reply but not wasting my time with this Clinic again I have already found a place and getting him evaluated thanks anyway"
