Settler's Creek Apartments

"Cool place but would not recommend. Has break ins frequently from cars to mailboxes and there’s nothing that the office or police can do. I haven’t even lived here a year and my roommate car has been broken into multiple times. We also have gotten emails about multiple break ins dealing with the mailboxes. That’s ridiculous. Also, if you do decide to move here make sure to move into the newly renovated."

"I have lived here almost 2 Years. Here is my experience. I’ll start with pros: location, previous price, square footage, parking.Cons: mold, extreme roach problem,at one point squirrels and animals living in attics, outdated and out dated appliances, no amenities,no enrtry signage for complex, horrible hazard trying to turn into complex,SMALLEST master bathroom/ and shower — I Hate it. Neighbor constantly uses his sound system all night.Prices have gone up a lot here."

"I wish I could give it zero star. Apartment is old ,that's not the problem. Their maintenance is too bad, they don't want to fix anything major like AC, washer -dryer etc. and will charge you to order accessories for malfunctioning of their too old appliances. Though finally after 6 months of moving here replaced the microwave upon so many times request. My dryer was not functioning properly from the day one I moved here..in the meanwhile two maintenance guy looked at it at different time of interval and said this thing is 10 yrs old, they should replace a new one. Those guys even quit at different times. My lease almost coming to an end, still these major and minor problems have not fixed satisfactorily. Not to mention, Electric bill is way too high... they don't even inquire into any thing about the problem. It's only time pass saying everything is back order back order .That's irrational... waiting for the lease to end and say goodbye.. don't recommend at all."

"My boyfriend and I recently moved to Settlers Creek and the experience thus far has been amazing! Nicole Garcia handles everything at the front office; she’s a one (wo)man show and I am amazed by her candor, work ethic, and effort to make sure all questions are answered and issues addressed. She had made the entire moving experience so much easier and she has made us feel so welcomed - something we have missed with prior rental units. The property grounds are beautiful, as well! Great area for walking and working out, quiet, and offers a welcoming view, all of which help to make us feel at home in our new surroundings! Definitely a place we’re looking forward to calling home for a long time!"

"There are nicer brand new complexes seconds away, check this out first. Another cheaply managed complex. They will tow your car even if you register with them but have expires stickers which is ridiculous. There is no parking, if you have 2 cars it is hell finding a spot. I have seen repairs outside take months when I could of done them myself in a few days. They are too cheap to put up a real sign at the entrance. Bad managers doing a bad job, owners and investors should be ashamed. I have a friend who has lived here 2.5 years and I go there weekly so I have a great feel of how poor this place really is."
