"The ONLY good thing about this place is that you can walk in whenever. The current doctor there is good but I sure do miss Ana, she truly cared about each of the children that walked into that place. I have been coming here since I had my first born and he is now 8. The front desk person has been there almost the entire time if not, the whole time. She has always been rude, not once have I ever had a pleasant experience with her. Like not one in 8 years. I walked in at 11:12 and they would not see my children and told me the doctor was “full” but there was no one in any of the rooms and one of them was spraying the rooms down with all of the doors open. I came back at around 12:50 and waited until 1pm for them to open the door and when I signed in I saw that the last person that was checked in was at 10:16 so I guess they just didn’t feel like taking anymore patients. Got there and into a room immediately because I was the first one there and waited 32 minutes before a student practitioner came in. I hope the manager evaluates who they have greeting people because she is the absolute worse. And not taking patients more than 40 minutes before lunch is insane. Horrible customer service."

"The lady at the front desk was very rude! How is it possible that after more than 30 reviews from parents the management of this clinic does not address this matter? If this lady doesn't know how to deal with the public, look for another job. This is a clinic that serves children, a little kindness never hurt anyone. The worst experience I have ever had in a pediatric clinic!!"

"We have been coming here since my daughter was a couple months old. I will be honest, this office has the highest turn over rate of staff and mostly physicians which is unfortunate BUT we just recently met the new PA at the clinic, Lori Beam; she is wonderful, me and my daughter both liked her a lot. They also look like they have new staff who are all very nice and helpful so I pray it stays this way. We’ve always came here because it has always been a quick and easy trip to get seen and get the medications we need with minimal hassle and wait."

"My experience with memorial pediatrics resource pkwy : was beyond my belief. My wait time in both the waiting room and exam was short, especially for not having scheduled an appointment! Love the walk ins -Not to mention how great the service is The staff provided excellent professional and courteous care.” And love how they decorated the place depending the holidays my kids love it they being coming here Sence they where new borns they are 10 and 7 now long time now … I would not change for no REASON …❤️"

"My two children have been coming here since my baby was a new born, she is ten years old now. I love how I can always come in last minute being a walk-in and they will not turn us away because we need an appointment like most places do now a days. Appointments are never weeks wait here. The MA’s I always frequent here are always welcoming and caring towards us."
