"For the third time going to taco John's they forgot part of our order period this time. I called to let them know we were missing items. No apology, no offer to comp anything give money back nothing. The solution to the issue was you can come back and get what we left out of your bag. Maybe they should hire some competent people who know how to fill a fast food order."

"The drive-through is typically pretty quick, but was a bit busier than usual this time. Taco John's certainly isn't my goto restaurant, but they're not too bad. Didn't dine in, take out or get delivery, as I went through the drive-through."

"Food was great - that's what my husband wanted for his Veterans Day supper! They must do mostly drive through business-- we were the only people inside. Restaurant was freezing cold, awful music on radio was loud, and aside from taking our order, we were ignored."

"Now that I'm no longer with the company I can write a relatively unbiased review: This restaurant is staffed by wonderful people who work very hard to provide clean, fresh, and delicious food. The fact that they are able to maintain a courteous and service-oriented atmosphere while making those meals at fast-food paces & low prices is commendable. They are very sanitary and you'll notice that all the employees eat and enjoy the food. Also, I have to point out: half the bad reviews mention items from Taco Bell's menu, not anything served at Taco John's."

"Ordered the mango fish tacos. They were fine for fast-food quality. The potato oles were very salty. The service was friendly and fast. We were two of six customers dining in. I'm assuming because there were only 3 employees, they did not have time to wipe down the tables. However, the facility and restrooms looked clean."
