The staff and doctor is very understanding! My almost one year old daughter has been coming here since her first new born visit."

"My son and I were visiting family from out of town and he had come down with a cough. The physician we saw was pleasant and knowledgeable, and she took the same steps my doctor at home would have taken as far as tests and prescriptions to address his issues. However, I did have several problems with the service. First: we showed up early to the appointment, but we weren't called in until a full 45 minutes after our scheduled time. I understand there are often delays at doctor's offices, but 45 minutes is a long time to keep a parent and young child waiting, in the hot weather, outside. Second: the assistant who helped us was wearing ripped up jeans, a t-shirt, and had long fake nails. I expect medical personnel to be dressed professionally and to be groomed hygenically. She also failed to get his strep test done the first time, so we had to try several more times. A very difficult experience for my son. Honestly, the appearance and performance of the assistant was very unprofessional, and she didn't seem interested in being there and caring for my son. I will not be returning to this clinic."
