"The employee serving us did a more than outstanding job,her name was Savana,at the Havana,IL. Restaurant she was very polite, fast ,and very cheerful made the experience great ,and she was the only one there, we had a big order,not small by no means, and she had it done very quickly, the food looked professional and was very great and delicious, I definitely recommend Subway in Havana, il. Go see Savana there and she will treat you right thank you so much again Subway in Havana il.great food."

"This place has terrible customer service and rude workers. I went with a large group of family for lunch, food was average for subway just mainly bread and a few slices of meat. But the lady behind the counter who started our sandwiches was very rude. She started one of my sandwiches and then went to the lady behind me to ask what she wanted even though I need 2 more sandwiches. When I told her I needed 3 more she got very snotty and then started to complain about the lady in front of me ordering her sandwich a specific way. The lady wasn't even being snooty when ordering with what she wanted but the lady behind the counter did nothing but complain about how the sandwich was being ordered and how rude she was being. If I wasn't with a large group who already ordered, I would have left and went some where else. I used to come to this subway alot since there is nothing else in town other than fast food but I doubt I will come back and find other options than to come back here again."
