"I am sad to say I am stuck in a lease here. If I could have a do-over, I would stay far away from this place. The "renovations" are poorly done. The office staff are unresponsive. Multiple break-ins through the complex ( I understand mgmt can not prevent theft but want to stress the saftey issue here - I wish they would have some deterrents seeing as it IS CLEARLY an issue) Parking is impossible also!"
"Worst apartment ever. I plan to do a weekly review of everything I hate about this place in the only two months I’ve been here. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Review 1: ROACHES! Moved into my unit and the very first day German roaches were present in the kitchen area. I did not have any bugs at my last residence. I feel so disgusted. I have had the “exterminator “ come 3 times! They are still active ! It’s so disgusting! Next the staff sucks! Malorie and the manager Chick suck. I have emailed Malorie idk how many times . No response. I have called the office many times. They will screen your freaking calls to avoid answering you in the office. I have had to pop up anytime I have important business to discuss . I think that will be it for the first one. I’ll be back tomorrow with the other half."
"In general, the apartments are 25% overpriced as ALL apartments need to be updated with new appliances and windows and in some cases, A/C units and inside returns that harbor mold. Most units seem to have newer dishwashers but not newer washer and dryers. Repairs inside and out need a lot more attention and quicker turnaround time. We have been through two different management companies and about 8 different managers. It has not been a good experience with repairs and inaccurate information, new procedures and policies, and over-billing for rent and fees. I will say that the current management team (RPM), is the best so far. In particular, Malory, a RPM staff member, does a great job and puts in a lot of effort on behalf of the tenants' and is knowledgable and efficient."
"By far THE WORST apartment I have ever lived in. Avoid this place like the plague! They need to rip the word "Luxury" off their name, it is far from a luxurious place to live. For starters, management is awful. The phones go unanswered every single time I call, forcing me to go talk in person on my day off since I work 12+ hours a day. Secondly, this place is disgusting! The "valet trash pickup" never pick up the trash, causing fly infestations or a river of maggots in the hallway. Third, if you set up auto-pay, they will double charge you every month. Because this happened to me twice (and each time the second payment would bounce) I am not allowed to use a credit or debit card to pay rent. That wouldn't be a big deal if they accepted cash, personal check, or cashier's check, but they don't. Instead, I now have to go to my bank (on my day off), pull out my rent in cash, then go to CVS and buy a Moneygram. This whole process takes hours out of my day, just because THEY billed me twice every month. Fourth, everything is always broken. The gates for our gated community are broken and stay open. Because of this, theft and vandalism occurs often. I have had both mine and my wife's car broken into, keyed, items stolen, and threating notes left on the windshield. Not to mention that I have spent almost $1000 on replacing glass on my vehicles. Management response? I get $20 off a month on a garage or a covered parking space. What a joke. Especially since it took us weeks to get a response! Fifth, parking is horrible. Since we didn't shell out the extra $75 a month for covered parking, my wife and I normally have to park over 100 yards away from our building. In summary, do not waste your money on this dumpster fire of an apartment complex! There are much better apartments for cheaper in the area. Avoid this place like the plague!"
"When I first moved in of April of last year, it wasn't a bad place to live. The management was okay and everything was more or less all right. No issues everything was good maybe a couple of things here and there during the summertime when it really gets hot. Because I was on the third floor, and it got pretty warm up there but not too bad. The real problems began though when around November when we started moving into winter. I don't know if the apartments winterized or not that year, because somewhere around December one the water lines for the fire sprinkler system busted. It was frozen shut and it busted when I was sleeping, and I woke up to the fire department shutting off my water. Which wasn't a bad thing I appreciate that. The true horror began when it came to fixing that water line. At first my apartment was taking their sweet time because I understand you know after your major weather event it's going to take some time to get somebody out there. But during that time they cut up my roof and they didn't seal it or anything like that. And keep in mind it's still 30° outside during the night so during the night all the cold air will come into this big hole over my kitchen. And I remember talking to the landlord about getting comped or getting put up in different place or anything really. I was paying all the bills including electricity, and I was running the heater 24/7 my power bill was out of the world. And I remember going and talking to the landlord and I was so angry because I was like this is 3 weeks in from this water line busting and nobody did anything about it. Especially the door because the firefighters busted down the door, the ceiling was never fixed properly, when they stuck on my ceiling and repainted. They never put back the baseboards and never put the covers around the lights, they sprayed paint all over the countertops and all over the cabinets. I didn't feel like nothing was resolved, and then as my time went on around February the power went out. Instead of finding out anything they could do to help us they just left us to freeze there, while expecting the rent to be on time. The people in the office were nice at first, but around March I was out of town and I came back in and they changed management. Nobody told me, I didn't get a call All I got was a piece of paper a flyer saying that they change management teams. Well the most insulting part was that when I moved out I gave them to my 90 days notice, however they kept lying to me about when I would get out of my lease. And they never returned my calls they never sent me my damage deposit back and they never sent me a move out checklist. I provided photos I provided proof that my lease was up I provided evidence that gave them my 90 day notice. Nothing was never done about my door, I had to complain about getting maintenance crew out to fix my front door, I had to call and complain about getting my air conditioner fixed especially during July when it stopped working, I have had to call numerous times to get my ceiling fixed, I've called numerous times to get more information about my damage deposit and anything else I need. I have not heard nothing from these people. After I moved out, I sent them their keys after I moved out to New Mexico. And I kept asking him but I kept calling him and I kept bothering them about when am I going to get my down deposit when am I going to get my move out check out list. I have not heard a single word from these people. I would advise not renting here. There are corporation and all they want is their money. They're not going to fix no problems especially if it's going to cost the money or a reputation."
