Horseshoe Apartments

"Wow, it's been ages since I last lived in an apartment, but I recently moved into Horseshoe apartments, and I must say, I'm blown away by how stunning they are! The floors, light fixtures, kitchen, and bathrooms are all so sleek and modern - I can hardly believe how far apartment design has come. And the value? Unbeatable! My two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is a dream come true. The bedrooms are spacious, and the closets are so roomy! The inclusion of a stacked washer and dryer for clothing is also an added benefit. But the kitchen is the real showstopper - it's equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and has plenty of cabinets for all my cooking essentials. Plus, parking is always a breeze, and I even have a garage to store all my extra stuff. Honestly, I can't recommend this apartment complex enough - it's the perfect place to call home!"

"Awesome apartments to live at. Very quiet area, always parking in front of my apartment and rent is significantly cheaper than any other place I looked at. The interior is in great condition and every person I have talked to has been super helpful and kind."

"Apartments are brand new! Appliances are nice, Rent is cheap, move in process is fairly simple and it’s a very quiet secluded area. I would recommend this place for sure!"

"We have been in these apartments for 6 months and it has been terrible. First of all the cost is insane, you are not getting what you pay for. Floors are very cheap & the tub peeled terribly after first use. You pay a monthly pest fee but they do not have pest control out their monthly and the bugs are TERRIBLE! My unit was infested with ants and after being in contact twice with management I had to resolve the issue on my own. When pest control does come it is during work hours and you MUST be home in order for them to come in and spray your unit. Requiring you to take take off of work to utilize what you're already paying for. We were the first occupants in our unit and most of our outlets do not work. We put in a work order but the work order was simply completed when most my outlets still don't work and no one ever came out. The first few months we did not have any people living above us, we do now and seeing how poorly made these buildings are made is insane. We can literally hear them walking around, the smallest sounds sound like they are moving heavy items 24/7. All hours of the night and day you can hear the occupants living their normal life. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. We can tell the feeling is mutual as most our neighbors left their lease early or refuse to resign due to the environment. Literally counting the days till our lease is up. I wanted to wait to write this review till we moved out so I am not harassed but I am fed up. This is ridiculous."
