"I recently had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at The Sarah apartments in Leander. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly helpful and responsive. They answered all my questions thoroughly. The person I spoke with, Vanessa, was particularly friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences and was able to recommend a few different apartments that fit the bill. She was also very patient with my indecisiveness and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. Even though I ultimately ended up choosing a different apartment complex, I would highly recommend The Sarah to anyone considering apartments in Leander. The leasing team is top-notch, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. They invited me to a Yoga night and it was awesome such a good community."

"The Sarah apartments are beautiful! Very well maintained and clean grounds. I was shown around by a very sweet and helpful leasing agent that deserves recognition, Vanessa Correa! She really took the time and had the patience to show me different floor plans since I couldnt decide on the number of bedrooms I wanted and she was so nice and accommodating to the fact that I had my 2 little kids with me on the tour. I really appreciate a nice staff when locking in to a lease."

"The worst moving experience. Lack of proper communication when moving. Just told one thing and then another says something else. The worst. Complex was never this bad especially communicating it's like each person says one thing and change it up and not communicate with the next like geez. Also how the heck it's 5pm at night y'all expect me to be completely moved out by Friday morning lol what sense does that make when I was told Saturday night leave the keys inside. Like geez talk among each other it's annoying. New management is ridiculous. Miss the old managers this place is just terrible. Glad to see I'm not the only person that got all these fees when moving out ridiculous and money hungry. You have to replace everything yourself they don't although they should so I will see how this bill comes out to see if I need to go higher in authority because I don't get or understand the additional fees when I know I paid the amount they stating I didn't because their system some how don't generate utilities 2 months when moving in when I know for a fact it did the next month so they're shady with the fees and now adding pro rate cost and more. Ridiculous. Complaining of the tub falling apart over and over and over . They didn't replace my light bulbs when they went out. No discount for the raggedy tub. Expect you to move out the same day you picked to move out not a few days like normal offices Nothing at all but they're an apartment and should be fixing things but never do. Worst complex to go to. Go to Leander park they're the best. I tell you the best. Please DO NOT RENT HERE. Find something better. This place is the worst in Leander. I'm glad once this lease up I am out of this place forever. If it wasn't for college I would have been left. Managers are terrible and the apartments falling apart. Hidden fees that don't make sense. The fact many ppl experience this I'm just reading proves this place is shady. Tub falling apart ,sink falling apart ,microwave broke ..I can keep going this complex is cheaply made and they don't care just want to over charge you. I feel they pocket your money so I will have this looked into."

"Stayed here for over 4yrs during which we moved into a bigger unit and left our 1st unit in great shape and didn't need to pay any fees, while only living in the bigger unit for about 4 months we found a house to rent and moved out and paid rent on both till our lease was up. The last unit we lived in was left in amazing shape, but we were hit with almost $700 fee. Be careful with this apartment complex, from the constant vehicle breakins to having your package's constantly stolen off your porch, the pool constantly being closed, the gym equipment in poor shape. I had to help fix the front gate for free, repair my own AC unit because maintenance couldn't figure it out, and help them get the pool running at one point. Then then they try and steal money from you after you leave. Worst apartment I have ever lived at"

"Vanessa has been nothing but patient with my million phone calls to answer my questions and concerns. Me and my wife are current renters and needed a bigger space to welcome our new baby daughter and Vanessa offered us a transfer right away and personally handled the paperwork, and answered any and all questions we had. It was definitely a relief to have someone come up with a solution, and handle everything in a quick timely manner! Thank you so much Vanessa!"
