"I absolutely loved living here. The maintenance was just the best. I couldn’t fix anything and they would always come the next day and fix the sink, the breaker, anything needing help. This place had so many amenities, great storage and cabinet space, and great paths behind the apartment complex. It was a fresh start moving here and I’m glad I lived at this apartment complex!"

"Update from moving in approximately 6 months ago. This is a very "Beautiful" apartment complex, and has very nice accommodating amenities. But this place have very bad power outages at any time of the day. Which is very inconvenient especially if you are working from home. You would definitely lose your job because of the long period of time your lights are off. Building 9 is a one bedroom complex and is the most nosiest building. Children from different areas of the complex, run up and down the stairs playing and play by residents vehicle yelling loudly and throwing objects around by residents vehicles. These children are out of control. My upstairs neighbor is a nightmare he stumps all during the day and night pacing back and forth and gets up and exercise at 3am in the morning, constantly moving around furniture through the early morning with no type of courtesy of who lives under him. I have reported him to the office several times to the Assistant Manager Bree, no action has been taken. (she does not follow up with complaints and when you talk to her, she has amnesia)These type of issues regarding a resident should be filed with the Fair Housing Committee, no tenant should have to experience this type of unnecessary noise. This is considered a noise ordinance. The complex have many issues that needs addressing."

"Please don’t move here. Management doesn’t care about your safety or your vehicles safety. Cars have been broken into, left on bricks, and eventually a truck was stolen just last week right in front of our apartment building (everything caught on camera). Management is also invasive and will go into your apartment for anything whenever and however they feel like it. paint over mold the apartment was already falling apart when we moved in. And quarterly inspections? A joke they never did that until recently these past few months. They also said we couldn’t have cameras and would put a violation if we did until we have a series of break ins this past month and a half. Please don’t move here. Go to the sire or somewhere else. Attached is the car that’s been sneaking around and stole a vehicle last week. Keep an eye out for this car residents!"

"My move in process has been absolutely wonderful! It was such a smooth transaction from start to finish! Sam, whose new, is such a sweetheart to work with and Laura was absolutely phenomenal! Laura made my review 5 star worthy!!! She was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, she was quick to get back with me anytime I needed something, and she was so accommodating! Her professionalism and outstanding customer service really put my mind at ease, and it let me know that I made a good decision moving here with my little ones. My parents had a wonderful experience here as well a few years back, so I will admit that the recent reviews were a little concerning. However, I haven’t experienced any of the same problems others have had and I do NOT believe these reviews are a good representation of these apartments and their staff. I haven’t seen anything shady or crazy going on, the other tenants have been very welcoming, and we love our new apartment! Please understand that if the office is locked during business hours, they’re walking other future tenants through apartments. They aren’t ignoring anyone, and they always let me in the moment they stepped foot back into the office. Just abide by the policies, register your guests correctly for parking, and communicate promptly and properly with the staff if/when you need something. Thank you again Sam and Laura!!!"

She promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns, making the transition into my new home smooth and stress-free. The place is absolutely beautiful with well-manicured lawns, modern amenities, and spacious living areas. From the moment I stepped in, I knew I had found my perfect home. I would highly recommend this community to all my friends and family who are in search of a comfortable, safe, and beautiful place to call home.
