"Damian, Ileana, and Tameka are incredible!!!! I have lived at the Foundry since June 2023, and I have really appreciated the staff throughout my time here. Any time I have emailed the leasing office, with a question or brief concern, they are very prompt and helpful in their responses. Specifically, Tameka and Ileana, have been incredibly helpful. I had a pipe burst after the freeze (completely out of the complex's/staffs control), and they were on it immediately. Both of them are extremely kind and sincere when helping me out. They treat all residents with the upmost respect and kindness, and it does not go unnoticed. When I emailed them about this issue, they sent up our onsite maintenance guy, Damian, within the hour. Damian did a fabulous job addressing the issue in a very prompt timeframe. He worked quickly to help resolve this issue. He took matters into his own hands, and made me feel like this issue with my pipe was important to him. Damian got contractors into my apartment in under 24 hours, and kept me aware of their timeframe and plans to fix my pipe issue. In under 48 hours, my entire issue was resolved, with fixed pipes, new sheetrock and paint. At first, I thought this problem would be a nightmare to resolve, but with Damian, it was resolved with ease, and my stress was diminished. Damian, Ileana, and Tameka have personally made my experience at the Foundry great. They are truly on top of our residents needs. I am very happy with my experience here at the Foundry on 19th."

"This review is specifically for Damian from maintenance. He has been incredible! We have had to call maintenance multiple times and he always shows up on a timely manner with a positive attitude and fixes the issue! Apartment complexes need more guys like him!"

"I’ve honestly loved my experience living here! The location is top tier & I personally haven’t had any packages stolen (even when I had to leave a lot of them at my front door over a few nights). The exterior-facing garage gate being broken down for awhile obviously isn’t ideal but as residents, we can park behind the second gate or in the below ground level garage, so it hasn’t really been a HUGE issue for me. I do want to speak to what other reviewers have mentioned and say that the elevator does break down every so often but they have multiple building elevators + it’s usually fixed within a day or two, so the regular apartment tings don’t bother me too badly TBH. The natural light, amazing area + the general appliances & amenities are lovely so overall i’m very happy and have renewed my lease. :) The only con for me besides the other usual apartment annoyances is the price, but they usually do run some solid deals — even for renewals!"

"If they aren’t going to fix the security gate, at least take it down because it looks trashy hanging up there, lopsided. I, like many, had a great experience when I moved in to this complex. I don’t think the staff nor the parent company cares about our safety and security. Many security features are broken, and they are going to get right on it. Then, you check and it is still broken over a month later. The plumbing is horrible; if you run the bathroom sink in my complex, it sounds like someone is tapping from inside the wall. Many residents do not care that they are living here with others and treat their cabinets as a drum set. Or, they treat the complex as an open relieving area for pets. Or, they treat the facility like a trash can leaving things everywhere. You have to compete with residential parking with nonresidents. Guests have to compete with residents for guest parking, and now also with patrons of the downstairs restaurant. The pool on weekends in the summer is generally filled with nonresidents. Rules are not enforced, no matter how many emails are sent out and ignored. I have been lucky-so far-to not be a victim of crime, but many have. I pay a lot, and if I were to go month to month next year to figure out my living situation, you have to pay 50% of your lease amount on top of your lease amount. I’m glad to see that others share a similar experience. So, I thank those that have posted, because I wasn’t, originally."

"I moved to this apartment complex because of the location and facilities. I was so excited when I moved in until 2 months in that I started having leaks around the hall that connects with the bedroom and bathroom. The wood floor started to turn black and mold growing. I reported that the first time mid 2022 and they didn’t fix the issue until November. The maintenance person finally got to the root cause, water coming from the shower that was leaking to the hall. However it is January 2023 and the floor is still black, all nasty and they haven’t changed it..they keep ignoring the issue. Now I have a new issue, a leak coming from upstairs to my shower!!!! I pay good money for this apartment, amenities fee, and other things and management acts like they don’t care. Extremely poor customer service, it seems like the manager Jill is there just to collect a paycheck. I just gave my 60 days vacant notice and I CAN’T WAIT TO MOVE OUT!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! You’ll have a really bad time dealing with management."
