"Good experience in the past as a shopper but not as a consignor. Called in Dec. about spring consignment and was told they wouldn't start scheduling until Feb and to contact them then. Sent an email on 2/2 requesting appointment and the reply was to call instead. Called 2/6 and was told they weren't taking any more appointments until May. Stored an entire estate of nice clothing for over two months only to be told they really started scheduling Jan 1st and I'd have to wait another 3 months. Would have been nice to know the real schedule so I didn't store all of this for nothing."
