Dr. Landry is wonderful! We LOVE her and so do our kids! She is informative, caring and calming! She interacts with our children at every appointment"

"My daughters are seen here but today was for my new born son with Dr. NGOZIKA C OKOYE. We arrived on time, and was seen a hour later granted it isn’t unusual for the office to run behind because they are busy and I’m pretty understanding. What I didn’t appreciate was how NGOZIKA C OKOYE entered the room she didn’t apologize for the delay she spoke to me in such condescending manner reguarding his health. It is unfortunate that I will have to be really hesitant on having my 5 children seen by anyone else outside of Dr. Ayla."

"I called them at 8am to see a doctor since my kid was in pain. I arrived for my appointment and I waited in the lobby for over an hour with my child crying hysterically and they did absolutely nothing. Kept saying they will try to get him in soon. Went in the back myself and they told me there’s nothing they can do as the doctor is behind. I eventually got a room when i refused to sit any longer. My son just kept crying. If you need immediate assistance don’t bother going here. They didn’t even try to get another doctor to attend to my son. This place has no regard for children."

"I am sharing this review so that management can improve on the services provided by pediatricians on the Reyford road. I had an appointment to bring my 9 months old baby for her wellness check today 3/3/23 at 9:15am.I arrived 17 minutes late for our appointment due to the fact that the baby started coughing and throwing up just after my wife had dressed her up. We hurriedly clean her up and rushed in for the appointment because she began to ran temperature. I explained the situation to the white lady at the front desk why we are 2 minutes late but she stated they only allow 15 minutes lateness.I pleaded with the front desk lady( first from the left when you come in) that she should explain the situation to DOCTOR TODD I hope the spelling is right, but she came back stating that per the doctor she will not be able to see us and that we should reschedule to see another doctor later in the day. I again asked the front desk lady to ask doctor Todd if I can wait till she has an availability for us but she came back with a response that the doctor said she can only see my girl at 12pm but on condition that she will advise only on the cough but the wellness check will have to be rescheduled. I am upset because the front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional with the way she handled the situation and also the doctor did not even consider the situation of my little girl. To my surprise a white couple came in late for the their appointment and they were received politely by this same front desk lady and I was turned away. I hope things are done differently."

"This practice is great and I sincerely recommend the doctor we have met. Staff is great and allied professionals also superb. We've only seen Dr. W, and he has been FABULOUS! Very interested in answering any questions and listening to concerns. He's very knowledgeable and approachable too. I am very pleased to have access to a pediatrician who is a fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics (it's quite impressive!). I've had trouble getting the records from the old pediatrician to this practice but this practice in general has been very great. I've made it a point to schedule visits as far ahead as I can, to ensure it works with my schedule, but they've been available too on short notice. Definitely will be going here for a while."
