"My husband and I had a bad experience a few years back but thought after so long we'd try again , big mistake! Just to get through to paying took almost 30 minutes with only 1 person ahead of us. Employees were complaining about different things but loud enough that customers could hear it . Bread only was toasted but ended up rock hard . Nothing tasted fresh especially the vegetables and mayonnaise and sandwiches were like room temp. , not cold whatsoever. Both of us were only able to eat maybe 1/4 th of our sandwiches before we ended up getting sick. NO MORE CHANCES AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THE FORT MADISON, IA. LOCATION!!"
"The food is always good, but it’s pretty frustrating when you’re the only customer inside and have to wait for 5 minutes to get your order taken since they are too busy making online orders, and this isn’t the first time that this has happened. The customer that is there in person should always have priority as it is with any other actual business."
