"They are horrible . ITS INFESTED WITH ROACHES !! The garbage cans are always full and smell disgusting ! The gates are open 24/7 with no security. Gun shots . And car break ins ! Management changes every single months & so does the apartment name . Staff is rude . The 5 star reviews are bribed . PLS READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS because I should’ve unfortunately!!"

"It’s been a good experience so far. I like my proximity to downtown and other local attractions. The leasing staff is very helpful. Do be wary that maintenance may take a while and make sure to sort out your gate entrance but overall it’s been good."

"Horrible place. Roaches, gunshots. No gate outside. Gate stays open so no security. Security person does not speak English. Trash everywhere. Marijuana smoke smells. Dead animal smell coming from vents Roach feces in fridge. hundreds of dead roaches on my floor and in my fridge, and roach eggs falling from the top of my fridge as well. There have been other residents who have reported this same issue. roaches swimming in the back of the fridge. Fridge replaced with another fridge with same issue until I called health department and the issue was resolved I had to scrub my pantry which was filled with roach feces upon moving in and made unit smell very bad. I dealt with a domestic violence issue and had to move out. Upon moving out extra charges for the next month were added and I didn’t even live there at that point. I told them that I would pay the charges for the month that I moved out However, those extra charges were never taken off of my account so I could not fulfill payment. I was never contacted about it, and it was added to my credit. I contacted them multiple times about the extra charges and no one ever responded. I’m not there in the state anymore because I fled from the danger that me and my children were in. Recently called about the issue, still no response given. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!! It’s not worth it."

"Last summer (2023), the A/C unit broke down in my apartment. Fun fact: do you know what happens when a 2-digit thermostat hits 100? It turns back to 0! The maintenance guy (singular) gave it his best shot but ultimately he needed more resources that management did not provide. I was without A/C for the last month of my contract, during which my dog would regularly overheat inside the apartment. Management kept shrugging it off saying that there's nothing more that they can do, since they had already given me a temporary window unit (that cooled the bedroom down to a comfortable 97). At some point I asked if there were any empty units with working A/C that I could stay in so my dog would be safe, and they responded "sure, as long as you sign a 12-month lease." I can't even lie, that response was really funny! Like comically evil, but funny. To top it off, I never received my deposit (or a list of deductions), which is also just illegal. Honestly, before this episode, my experience wasn't that bad. Management was always pretty useless and I had several unattended issues throughout my lease but nothing catastrophic and not much that I couldn't handle myself, for what it's worth. Sign at your own risk!"
